1. The load of the main motor of the slag vertical mill, or the load of the motor of the auxiliary equipment such as the grading equipment and hoist exceeds the rated current value, and there is no obvious reduction by reducing or stopping the feeding treatment. At this time, an emergency shutdown is required for processing;

2. If the temperature of the main motor or auxiliary motor of the vertical mill exceeds the specified value, or the motor burns out, emergency shutdown is required to prevent hidden dangers in production safety;

3. The grinding head bin is broken or the feeder is stuck, and the feeding cannot be resumed in a short time. The failure of the feeding automatic control system cannot be repaired in time;

4. The meshing sound of the large and small gears of the vertical mill driven by the edge of the vertical mill is abnormal, and there is a large vibration;

5. Large and small bearing anchors and bearing cover bolts are seriously loose, the lubricating oil ring does not turn and pulling is invalid; or the oil pump fails, the oil pipe is blocked, and the lubrication system loses its function;

6. The vertical mill liner, retaining ring, compartment plate, grinding door, hollow shaft fixing bolt is broken off, the liner is dropped, the compartment plate is damaged, etc., all of which need to be shut down urgently for inspection (the damage of the parts will make the equipment production cannot proceed smoothly);

7. If the water pressure drops sharply in the mill (wet mill), the cooling water is blocked, or the auxiliary equipment has a mechanical failure, it needs to be shut down in an emergency to reduce potential safety hazards.
