working principle

The material is evenly sent to the grinding chamber of the main machine through the feeding device. Under the action of centrifugal force and blade, the material is squeezed, ground and crushed between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The crushed material is blown under the action of wind. It is sorted to the powder separator, and the qualified materials after sorting enter the cyclone powder collector for collection through the pipeline. The materials that do not meet the fineness requirements are returned to the main machine for grinding again.

The entire air flow system of the grinding mill is a closed loop and circulates under negative pressure. First, the air flow generated by the fan accompanies the material through the pipe and enters the cyclone powder collector. The powder collector separates the material from the air flow. The air flow returns to the fan through the return air duct to form an air circulation system. Secondly, the excess gas and micro powder are collected through the pipe. It is sent to the dust collector for filtration, the dust is collected by the dust collector, and the residual air is purified and discharged, effectively protecting the environment.
