Barite Milling Process and Equipment Requirements
Barite is a common ore that mainly contains metal elements such as tungsten and molybdenum. The equipment requirements and flow of the milling process are as follows:
Equipment requirements:
1.Crushing equipment: Jaw crushers, impact crushers or cone crushers are used for primary crushing to crush the original barite ore into particles of appropriate size.
2.Grinding equipment: use a ball mill, vertical grinding machine or rectangular grinding machine for grinding treatment, and refine the crushed barite particles to the required particle size.
3.Classification equipment: Use a centrifugal classifier, air classifier or vibrating screen to carry out classification operations, and separate the ground barite particles according to their particle size.
Processing technology flow:
1.Crushing stage: The original barite ore is broken into suitable particle size by the crushing action of the crushing equipment.
2.Grinding stage: The crushed barite particles enter the grinding equipment, and the particles are refined to the required particle size through the grinding action of the ore mill.
3.Classification stage: The finely ground barite particles enter the classification equipment, and the particles of different particle sizes are separated through the classification operation to obtain the desired product.
