	If the mud content of the stone powder raw material itself is relatively high, then the sand content will be lower, on the contrary, the less mud content of the stone powder, the higher the sand content will be. In general, a ton of stone powder can be washed out of 0.8-0.9 tons of sand, and the loss is mud and fine powder. Most of the stone powder below 0.2mm will be lost in the process of cleaning.
	The impeller type sand washing equipment mainly realizes the cleaning of the stone powder through the constant turning of the impeller, the motor drives the triangle belt, the gear and the reducer, and then the gear drives the impeller to rotate, the sand and stone roll in the washing tank driven by the impeller, and grind each other, remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and stone, the clean sand and stone are taken away by the blade, and then the sand and stone are poured into the discharge tank from the rotating impeller. To complete the cleaning function, because the sand, water and transmission device are set isolated, therefore, the failure rate of the machine is lower.
