How to process limestone machine-made sand

Limestone, referred to as limestone, is a carbonate rock mainly composed of calcite. Sometimes it contains dolomite, clay minerals and detrital minerals, and has gray, off-white, gray-black, yellow, light red, brown-red and other colors, and the hardness is generally not large.
From south to north and from east to west in my country, there are abundant limestone reserves in various provinces, which are of good quality and great development value, and are especially suitable for the production of machine-made sand.
Limestone machine-made sand is made of limestone quarry waste, waste residue, stone powder, etc., through mechanical crushing, washing, and screening. The limestone machine-made sand processed according to the above process has the following advantages:
1. According to national standards and project quality requirements, technical indicators such as the particle size of machine-made sand can be controlled to meet project requirements.
2. The shape of machine-made sand particles is mostly angular, and the surface is rough, which is conducive to bonding with cement and other cementitious materials, and is conducive to the improvement of concrete strength.
3. The production of machine-made sand can be combined with the production process of crushed stone, which is beneficial to the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
