The material is sent to the HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher for primary crushing. After being screened by the vibrating screen, the unqualified material is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing. The qualified material is sent to two VSI6X1040 sand making machines by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After the first crushing and re-screening, the qualified materials are sent to the finished product stockpile by the belt conveyor, and the unqualified materials are returned to the sand making machine for crushing until they are qualified.

The produced sand is screened to remove any impurities or oversized particles. It may also undergo grading to obtain sand of different sizes if required.The sand may undergo a washing process to remove any remaining impurities and improve its quality.The final sand product is stored in designated storage facilities and can be transported to construction sites or other locations as needed.

 

Throughout the production line, various equipment and machinery such as vibrating feeders, belt conveyors, and vibrating screens are used to facilitate the process.
